To quote the report in 2010 from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission:” In 2009, NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC (NextEra) realized that the intrusion of moisture into sections of walls in certain below-grade structures at the Seabrook nuclear power plant, in Seabrook, N.H., could cause the degradation of some of the concrete as evidenced by pattern cracking.”
